TBI Adds Two Business Development Managers

TBI, a technology services distributor, has added two business development managers to support its growing partner community. Ann Marie Taylor joins the team supporting partners in the Central U.S., while Jorel Potts supports TBI partners in the West.

Taylor brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, working in sales and leadership roles. Most recently, Taylor was a Sr. Channel Manager for TBI supplier, Windstream, where she catered to partners in the Michigan and Ohio regions. Before then, she served as Environ Industries CEO and President – helping to launch it globally within 18 months, along with spending six years at AT&T, where she led the organization’s top global account team that produced revenues of more than $80 million.

In her new role, Taylor will work with TBI partners in the Indiana, Michigan and Ohio regions, helping drive success to their businesses and increase revenues through new technologies.

“We are excited to add someone with as much experience in the industry as Ann Marie has to our team. As someone who is well-known in the Channel, in addition to previously leading organizations from the C-level, I am confident that she will be able to closely relate to our partner community, identify organizations’ wants and needs, and serve as a great asset to their growth and success,” said TBI’s Director of Sales, Central, John Rozinsky.

Potts brings more than 27 years of experience in the industry, notably working for channel suppliers Avaya, Windstream and TPx. In his most recent role, he served as a channel manager at Fusion Connect, where he managed more than 185 partners in Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. While there, Potts assisted in partner success by developing an educational webinar series on strategic channel solutions, led the east and west coast teams in activity metrics, and earned a reputation with partners on being a trusted channel manager who could get the job done.

In his new role, Potts will focus on recruiting, building and developing partner relationships within his territory, along with further strengthening supplier relationships.
