TBI has redesigned their OnDemand partner portal. The updated portal offers a single dashboard for partners to manage their business with added tools and improved capabilities, including automated quoting and serviceability locator.
TBI partners can now submit and manage quotes directly in the portal, along with quote tracking for better visibility. Partners can also easily see available service at a business address with the new serviceability tool, giving partners access to multiple providers’ fiber maps, lit buildings, and data centers. The portal generates a white label serviceability report branded with the partner’s logo to easily provide to customers.
Direct access to technical resources is also available in the updated portal. Users can book time with the TBI Tech Gurus, a team of solution engineers and subject matter experts available for consultation or direct assistance with opportunities. Partners can utilize the Tech Gurus to provide advanced expertise or technical authority to challenging opportunities.
Additional features available through OnDemand include advanced commission analysis, sales funnel management, order management, and client analytics.
