TeleSphere Software and Vision Net announced today that Vision Net has become the first reseller of TeleSphere’s Advantage Circuit Management (ACM) SaaS platform. In addition to its managed and NOC services offerings, Vision Net will now promote ACM to its carrier and enterprise customers.
ACM is TeleSphere’s newest OSS platform and optimizes the process of managing special circuits and inside plant equipment. Courtesy of a formal workflow process, key performance indicators are developed and the timing associated with revenue realization is improved, says the company. A variety of tools provide greater network visibility including inside plant equipment and the association of special circuits, customers and contracts.
Unnecessary costs associated with offnet circuits can be avoided via contract management reports. Maintenance and outage notifications can be expeditiously completed using email notification functionality. A recently released API facilitates integration with network management systems (NMS) whereby allowing the monitoring of various service level agreement (SLA) metrics.
