Cloud softswitch solutions provider Telinta and VoIP Supply, which offers IP Phones and provisioning services, are teaming up as part of a bid to better serve the needs of ITSPs. The companies invite ITSPs to participate in a joint webinar to learn more about unique solutions and special promotions.
Using Telinta’s cloud-based TeliCore softswitch platform, ITSPs can more easily provision and deploy any number of VoIP end-points that are offered by VoIP Supply, from manufacturers such as Cisco, Grandstream, Snom, VTech, Fanvil and others. ITSPs offering hosted PBX, SIP trunks, UCaaS and other Business VoIP services can benefit from combining the solutions offered by the companies.
When an ITSP purchases IP phones, VoIP Supply can configure each device to automatically connect with Telinta’s cloud-based softswitch platform, in the event they are plugged into an IP network at the customer premise. This enables the phones to automatically download a complete provisioning profile from Telinta’s platform, without the need for installer visits or manual configuration. This process can also be used to activate or deactivate phone features, update firmware, perform remote reboots and more.
ITSPs can build and manage their inventory of phones via Telinta’s web-based TeliCore Administrative interface. Telinta’s cloud-based provisioning solution is unique in that it enables ITSPs to handle provisioning via the same interface used for other key functions, including routing traffic to carriers, configuring prices, accessing integrated, real-time billing and managing customers.
