Telinta, a provider of cloud-based white label VoIP switching and billing solutions, has upgraded its integration with the Voxbone API. The extension reportedly will allow VoIP service providers to streamline the provisioning of Voxbone DIDs via Telinta’s hosted softswitch platform.
According to the companies, this capability enables VoIP service providers to access their Voxbone DIDs using the same hosted platform that they use to manage other key functions for switching, billing and customer management. With Telinta’s new white label Virtual Office solution, VoIP service providers can also enable their end users to select as many Voxbone DIDs as they need in order to assemble their own customized telecom solution in the Cloud. In addition to being able to select Voxbone DIDs, Telinta’s Virtual Office solution also enables end users to select customizable options such as an auto-attendant, voice mail, call forwarding, music on hold, and more via Telinta’s TeliCoreTM platform. TeliCore is Telinta’s cloud-based Class 4 and Class 5 softswitch platform, integrating Telinta’s cutting-edge solutions for VoIP service providers with world-class switching and billing capabilities from PortaSwitch.
“Voxbone believes in a world where ordering and configuring telecom services is as simple as buying any other service online,” said Hugh Goldstein, VP Strategic Alliances at Voxbone. “Enabling customers to access Voxbone DIDs via Telinta’s cloud-based platform supports our mission to simplify telecommunications by bringing local voice services to the Cloud.”
“Telinta understands that our customers and their resellers require innovative cloud-based solutions to better meet the unique needs of their end users,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta. “Telinta customers can empower end users to build their own custom-tailored solution in the Cloud, including high-quality Voxbone DIDs from around the world.”
Customers initiating new service with Voxbone and Telinta will qualify for special promotions from both companies, including one month free of Telinta’s hosted softswitch solutions.
