TNCI Operating Company has released TNCI Telastic Hosted Voice, a hosted PBX/IP Centrex application available through its channel partners.
Using SIP, it targets IP PBX services to the SMB market, and allows end users to choose a custom session option. That gives the customer the ability to separate its seats and calling sessions by sharing its sessions over many locations. It’s a great solution for customers that do not require all users to be on the phone at the same time.
TNCI Telastic Hosted Voice also provides Web portals for all system user levels, multi-tiered rating and billing, flexible partitioning of domains for wholesale and retail customers, and customizable IVR.
