TOD Rolls Out Benefits Plan for Call Centers

Call center specialist and outsources sales management provider Telecommunications On Demand (TOD) has announced key initiatives to strengthen its employee retention and hiring expansion efforts, most notably an affordable benefits package for its telesales workforce.

The enhanced TOD plan is designed to give employees the option to choose a benefit package that is right for them, their families and their budgets.  TOD partnered with Higgins Insurance in Pottsville to design a menu consisting of medical, accident and disability policies that can be chosen as standalone options or combined to create a comprehensive solution for its hourly workforce.  Participation has exceeded initial expectations, the company reports, with more than 50 percent of employees taking advantage of one or more policies.
