Total Communications Achieves Cisco Gold Certification

Total Communications, a channel partner subsidiary of Frontier, has achieved Cisco Gold Certification.

“Gold Certification identifies Total Communications as offering the broadest range of expertise across Cisco’s architecture plays: enterprise networking, security, collaboration, data center virtualization and service provider technology,” said Ken Arndt, president of Frontier’s East Region. “I am proud that Total met Cisco’s rigorous standards in networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction.”

Scott Lennon, president of Total Communications, added, “Our customers’ networks are critical to their business for internal communication, collaboration and customer interaction. Recognition as a Cisco Gold Certified Partner acknowledges our company has the technology breadth to deliver the reliable, secure, highly specialized solutions businesses demand.”

The Cisco Channel Partner Program provides a framework for partners to build the sales, technical expertise and skills required to deliver Cisco solutions to end customers. Using a third-party audit process, the program validates a partner’s technology skills, business practices, customer satisfaction, pre-sales and post-sales support capabilities, and other critical factors that customers consider when choosing a trusted partner.
