Vonage has named Greg Franzen director of strategic partners for North America. Franzen will work with strategic partners in the eastern U.S., and will focus on execution and strategic alignment.
Franzen comes from Sierra Wireless, where he directed efforts for strategic partners, VARs and MSPs. He also spent 13 years at Windstream, where he oversaw their Mid-Atlantic agent channel.
He will report to national vice president of strategic partners Kevin Thomsen.
