Voxvalley Technology has released the MoSIP C5 mobility client for Android which acts as a unified communications (UC) extension.
“Essentially, MoSIP C5 enables enterprises and SMBs to effectively use their UC/IP PBX business communication network for mobility,”explained Sajjan Mallik, CEO, Voxvalley. “So, mobile workforce and in-house staff can easily access the UC/IP PBX network from their MoSIP C5 powered Android smartphones for engaging office communications. In addition, MoSIP C5 can boost BYOD deployment for enterprises and SMBs to further cut down their communication costs and engage in more productive business communications.”
Voxvalley also offers complementary products for bring-your-own-device (BYOD) deployment, including:
- Vox Corporate white label/branding which enhances the MoSIP C5 look with business brand
- Vox CCS, an automated client configuration software product that enables enterprises and VoIP operators to configure, monitor and maintain UC/IPPX software clients
- Vox Bridge, aa tunneling software product that is positioned between softswitch and MoSIP clients. Vox Bridge enables data encryption and bandwidth compression to minimize issues such as network congestion, firewalls and low bandwidth on VoIP calling.
The company is also planning to release MoSIP C5 for iOS later this year.
