Westcon is launching the “Powered by Avaya” IP Office for its reseller customers.
The unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution will be marketed through Westcon’s base of solution providers to their end-user customers in the United States; it will be offered in Canada by early next year. Westcon is Avaya’s largest global distributor.
Westcon is partnering with TelAgility, a provider of hosted platforms, to deliver the turnkey solution. TelAgility’s hosted service includes detailed compliance and taxation functionality.
“We wanted a partner to reach solution providers and Westcon was a natural fit,” said TelAgility CEO Adam Cole. “We collaborate on all the partner development. They’re the known, trusted entity already. My job is to make sure I have a program that lives up to Westcon standards.”
