Wilcon, a West coast provider of fiber optic and data center infrastructure, has appointed Reginald Scales as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
Scales previously worked in executive sales and service management roles for PAETEC Communications, where he achieved a 99.95% customer retention and satisfaction rate and the strongest sales record in the history of the company, according to Wilcon.

Wilcon recently expanded its Southern California footprint through the acquisition of Freedom Dark Fiber Networks, growing by nearly 3,000 additional route miles and providing access to nearly 1,000 additional enterprise buildings, wireless communications sites, data centers and Internet hubs.
