Zilliant Adds SVP, Customer Experience

Zilliant, a pricing lifecycle management company, expanded its leadership team with the addition of Lauren van Heerden as SVP, customer experience.

In this role, she will focus on providing CX to drive impact and success.

van Heerden joins Zilliant with over 30 years of global expertise across customer success, professional services, partnerships and product innovation, including with Salesforce (global leader for industry cloud customer success) and Brookstone (CIO). Most recently, Van Heerden transformed a major ecommerce retailer company’s customer success, professional services, and support organizations, modernizing their global operations.
