Zultys Announces Hardware as a Service Offering at CPE

Zultys, a provider of omnichannel UC with an integrated contact center, announced the launch of its Hardware as a Service (HaaS) offering, last week at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo. HaaS is a premise-based deployment that can be delivered with premise hardware, alone, or as a true hybrid UC solution. It emulates the traditional UCaaS delivery model by including business telephone services and predictable per-user, per-month pricing, giving customers a flexible alternative to large capital expenditures.

Zultys uniquely offers the same product, interface and user experience, regardless of deployment type, so HaaS users benefit from the full control of an on-premise system with the agility of cloud — all while enjoying the same powerful product. Instead of a large upfront hardware investment, customers can now access a high-performance, enterprise-grade business communication solution — including phones and PBX equipment — through a monthly service, with added BC options.

“With Zultys HaaS, we’re delivering more than just hardware — we’re giving customers a fully managed, enterprise-grade communication system they can rely on,” said John Osgood, EVP of sales and marketing, Zultys. “HaaS delivers what both end users and channel partners want: more choice and peace of mind with business continuity.”

The offering supports a variety of deployment options — from fully on-premise setups to hybrid configurations combining on-site and cloud-based systems. These options ensure BC, allowing HaaS to serve as a backup to a hosted deployment — or vice versa — so that businesses remain connected and operational during outage or natural disaster.

Zultys HaaS delivers a comprehensive set of benefits for customers, including a fully managed and maintained on-site system and all-in-one billing that includes SIP trunks — eliminating the need for separate carrier bills and making budgeting easier. Direct access to Zultys’ 100 percent U.S.-based support team ensures expert assistance when needed, while local survivability features enable integration with existing analog lines for added redundancy when needed. Customers with multiple locations can utilize Zultys’ MX network as an additional offering for seamless communication across sites and more failover options.

The new HaaS offering brings businesses greater flexibility and choice in how they deploy Zultys’ UC and integrated contact center platform, with customizable redundancy options to fit unique business needs and budgets.
