Accelecom Names Head of Wholesale and Channel Sales

Accelecom, a fiber-based broadband provider across the Southeastern United States, has named Roger Adamiak Vice President of Sales.

In this new role for the company, Adamiak is responsible for growing the company’s strategic Wholesale & Channel partnerships to accelerate service delivery for businesses, local governments and consumers.

“Working together with carriers, cable MSOs, ISPs, data center operators, satellite operators, hyperscalers and channel partners is key to bringing high-speed, reliable broadband to urban, underserved and unserved communities,” said Brad Kilbey, CEO of Accelecom. “Roger’s extensive experience and relationships in the telecom industry will be invaluable in strengthening existing relationships and forming new ones as we pave new, transformative broadband paths for our customers.”

Accelecom is a member and partner with several organizations that seek to advance broadband connectivity throughout the Southeast. These include the Center for Rural Development, SOAR (Shaping Our Appalachian Region), Fiber Network Alliance (FNA), Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) and Kentucky Office of Broadband Development among others.

Adamiak joins Accelecom with more than 30 years of experience in wholesale network and IT services including sales leadership roles at Logix, Everstream, Segra, Integra Telecom/Electric Lightwave, Level 3, and Zayo.
