AppSmart has acquired Converged Network Services Group (CNSG), a technology consultancy and master distributor for the design and delivery of complete technology solutions, as part of its commitment to strategic expansion.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, CNSG quickly grew into one of the largest master distributors in the country as a result of its fundamental commitment to building and maintaining true relationships with every partner, customer and technology supplier. By joining AppSmart, CNSG expects to deliver best-in-class technology and the industry’s most complete catalog of solutions to its valued customers and channel partners.
The CNSG executive team will remain intact and under the leadership of founder and CEO, Matt Harty.
CNSG is the latest master agent to be integrated with AppSmart, joining recently acquired master agents Telegration and World Telecom Group (WTG).
