Arctic Wolf Revamps MSP Channel Partner Program

Arctic Wolf, which focuses on security operations, added two initiatives to advance its MSP strategy.

First, it updated its MSP partner program. The redesigned MSP program is built to offer scalable pricing, deal structures and resources to profitably scale to meet threat landscape demand.

Arctic Wolf also launched Aurora Endpoint Security for MSPs. The Aurora platform is built to support customer choice, working with endpoint, network, cloud and identity solutions to extend prevention, detection, response and risk management. This is expected to help MSPs streamline service delivery, reduce overhead and efficiently scale. When combined Arctic Wolf’s security team, it allows MSP partners to build sustainable security practices and improve customer outcomes

The MSP partner program focuses on three core areas:

  • Volume pricing that provides favorable rates as an MSP’s overall business with Arctic Wolf expands.

  • Deal minimums as an MSP grows, supporting new-market entry and facilitating expansion.

  • Volume commit agreements over multiple years of growth that unlock preferred pricing, helping partners more quickly scale and increase margins.

The program’s launch builds on the foundation of the Arctic Wolf partner program, which embraces a go-to-market approach for partners. It offers sales enablement, technical training, marketing, demand generation, and other features to help the channel community win new business, deepen customer relationships and scale growth.

“The MSP market is one of the most dynamic segments in cybersecurity, and we’re proud to launch a new purpose-built program that gives MSP partners more flexibility, stronger margins, and immediate pricing advantages,” said Will Briggs, SVP, global channels, Arctic Wolf. “We’ve designed every part of this offering around partner success, removing friction, rewarding growth and giving MSPs the ability to deliver modern security operations and advanced endpoint protection to their customers faster and more profitably than ever before.”
