Arkadin has added support for the new Adobe Connect 9.1 Web conferencing platform to its audio conferencing offer.
The complete Adobe Connect solution delivered as-a-service by Arkadin includes three modules that meet specific business requirements. Adobe Connect for Web Meetings includes chat, polls, breakout rooms and custom layouts and pods for integrating additional functionality, such as social media. Adobe Connect for Webinars for staging live and on-demand virtual events includes lead generation and promotional campaigns to target new customers or launch new products. Real time analytics measure participant engagement and provide rich graphical data for rating the effectiveness of campaign content. And, Adobe Connect for e-learning is geared to creating, deploying and managing interactive training courses. HR and other corporate departments can deliver virtual courses for employees, customers and partners to any device, to be viewed live or on-demand for self-paced trainings.
Adobe Connect recordings can now be converted to MP4 format, and streamed from the cloud for access across any mobile device.
Arkadin’s premium audio conferencing is now integrated for an all-in-one solution. Attendees can join via VoIP.
