Avaya has announced its Avaya Connect Partners of the Year for 2014.
“This year, Avaya focused on the transformation occurring in the industry and how channel partners can capitalize on the shift,” the company said. “In this vein, the company is driving a partner-enablement strategy to address the growing market demand for engagement solutions in the midmarket and enterprise with flexible, cloud-based services available through the channel.”
As Avaya enters 2015, the company said that it will look to the channel for continued growth in key solution areas and alignment with services strategy. Avaya is also looking to accelerate commerce through improvements in partner processes that further reduce purchase and renewal quote times. With these advancements, Avaya hopes to build on the 12 percent satisfaction increase it saw in 2014.
