Barracuda names Geoff Waters as Chief Revenue Officer

Barracuda Networks, a trusted partner and provider of cloud-first security solutions, appointed Geoff Waters as CRO. In this capacity, he will lead worldwide sales and partnerships, helping Barracuda accelerate growth in markets worldwide.

Waters has more than 27 years of experience in managing global organizations for sales, partner ecosystems and go-to-market functions, including tenures at security, cloud and infrastructure companies. Most recently, he served as president of Americas sales with Check Point Software, where he managed the line of business across Canada, the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to this, Waters was SVP of global channel sales for VMware, a position in which he spent 13 years building and leading go-to-market teams for VMware managed services and cloud businesses.
