The CVxEXPO channel partner conference continues to expand and excite heading toward its third annual event in Scottsdale, Ariz., this November. Event organizer Beka Business Media has aligned with contact center TSD (technology solution distributor) Cloud Tech Gurus to co-host CX @ CVx, a collocated event-within-the-event focused on selling contact center, CCaaS and AI-enabled CX (customer experience) solutions.
CX @ CVx centers around the CX Village, a designated section of the CVxEXPO24 expo floor where attendees can find cutting-edge providers, including Cloud Tech Gurus’ vendor partners, showcasing the latest advancements in contact center and AI-enabled CX solutions.
The partnership follows the announcements of similar collocated events at CVxEXPO24 including the MSP Village (MSPAA), Sales & Marketing Village (Fornix Marketing), TSX Partner Pavilion, and the AIcceleration Avenue (XaaS1).
CVxEXPO24 also will leverage Cloud Tech Gurus’ expertise to develop education and a special CX Keynote at the event. Plus, for the first time, CVxEXPO24 will open its doors to enterprise end-user attendees, inviting a select group of influential contact center buyers to the channel partner-focused conference and expo.
