BCN Debuts Managed Services and Equipment Program

BCN has released a set of managed services and equipment solutions for the telecom agent channel and partners’ customers.

BCN sales partners will now have access to the entire portfolio through a New Managed Services & Equipment Offering Book that encompasses available BCN managed equipment options, BCN monitoring services, available enhanced software services and BCN professional field services.

“As we have continued to evolve the BCN solution set we believe it is critical that our offering in the area of managed equipment and professional field services do the same,” said Julian Jacquez, BCN COO.  “Today’s announcement provides sophisticated, top of the line options that our sales partners can present to customers as part of a single source BCN solution.”

The BCN portfolio includes a range of equipment, from advanced edge routers to Wi-Fi networking systems and more. The company’s in-house engineering and design consultants with solution design.

These enhancements follow closely the announcement of BCN’s partnership with Tailwind to provide nationwide professional field services.
