BCN Ramps Up Investment in Operations and Support

BCN has announced investments in people, automation and facilities.

Over the last six months, BCN has added personnel in key areas to support a continually growing channel partner and customer base. Additional resources in sales, sales support, pricing, order administration, operations and product are now in place to drive heightened levels of responsiveness throughout the entire sales process.

The company also has launched new internal systems and tools to increase operational productivity and drive efficiencies in the delivery of BCN’s CLEC solutions.

“With the addition of four new master agent contracts between August 2015 and March 2016, our priority is to ensure the continuation of the industry-leading level of support for which we are known,” said Richard Boudria, Jr. president of BCN. In May, the company opened a new sales office in Portland, Maine, and plans to expand their Morristown, N.J. headquarters facility in the second half of 2016. Expansion of the Boca Raton, Fla. operations center will follow in 2017.
