BCN announced today it has named Richard M. Boudria, Jr. as the company’s Chairman and CEO. Boudria most recently served as President and CEO.
BCN has also named Julian Jacquez President and COO. Prior to this announcement, Jacquez served as COO and EVP.
As Chairman and CEO, Boudria will drive innovation and excellence in all facets of the business with a particular focus on business strategy, corporate financial oversight, capital management and leadership of the corporate board. His strategic financial, industry, partner, and client relationships are the foundation for empowering his teams to capitalize on opportunities for the company to succeed and grow. His vision for the company will deliver a set of guiding principles designed to maximize the potential of BCN employees and the partner community through which BCN exclusively goes to market.
As President and COO, Jacquez will be responsible for all sales, marketing, offer management and operations of the business. Jacquez’s organizational responsibilities also include the company’s CRM and billing system, business support systems and corporate IT infrastructure. He will continue to be actively involved in the development and management of the company’s nationwide partner-based distribution channel as well as creating the related alignment of the compensation and reward programs of the employee groups at BCN.
