Channel-centric value-added services provider BCN Solutions Express has expanded its SIP trunking portfolio to target both SMBs and multi-location businesses like those running contact centers, customer service centers and other locations that require a large amount of outbound calling, and those looking to implement unified communications or cloud services.

With SIP trunking, calls are converted to IP and routed through the Internet over a data connection rather than through the PSTN, eliminating the need for T1 PRI circuits. Channel partners can instead combine customers’ voice and data communications into one system, eliminating monthly recurring charges associated with maintaining two distinct voice and data networks.

The BCN Solutions Express offerings allow customers to keep their existing phone equipment and features, and they can keep their current phone numbers and/or add new numbers from over 10,000 cities in the US or 60 countries around the globe with free calling between sites.

The portfolio also supports a full cadre of IP collaboration services, like instant messaging, presence applications, white-boarding and application sharing, video calling, and full-blown unified communications.

Channel partners can also bundle the service with a range of data connections as part of the custom network services offering. BCN Solutions Express works with partners to identify the best access solutions to meet customers’ specific data, voice and cloud needs and requirements, across lit fiber, dark fiber, cable access, copper or a mix. It provides design and planning, offering multiple options for quality, scalability and economics, and then oversees the implementation until completion.
