Birch Adds Bring-Your-Own Handset Support to TotalCloud PBX

Businesses have typically been locked into handset offerings provided exclusively by their hosted PBX service provider. But Birch Communications has enhanced its TotalCloud PBX product to allow customers to use their own SIP-compliant handset devices.
