BroadConnect Telecom, which provides hosted VoIP, voice, video, data and IT security solutions, has launched a revamped “toolbox” to support its channel partners.
A Quote Tool is a customizable sales solution to accurately price BroadConnect products over the Web without the need for a representative. Partners can also qualify and verify the availability and price structure of various customer locations.
The newly redesigned beta Partner Portal offers the ability to easily search existing orders and view the status of orders that are still pending, generate highly customizable reports on a recurring basis, generate bulk pre-qualifications and receive results via email, and create, search, view and escalate client support tickets on an as needed basis. Partners can also view the status of installations and upgrade tickets, and monitor metrics.
