Broadvoice Taps Darrin Ingram as Vice President of Client and Partner Solutions

Broadvoice has named Darrin Ingram as vice president of client and partner solutions.

Ingram has more than 20 years of information technology (IT) experience with a focus on sales, operations and sales engineering. Prior to joining Broadvoice, he held sales engineering leadership and management positions at SecureAuth and BlueCat where he led multiple sales engineering teams that provided consultative technical solutions to Fortune 500 companies and the federal government.

“Darrin is an accomplished technologist who has been the lead consultant on solution architecture for some of the largest organizations in the world,” said Broadvoice CEO Jim Murphy. “He’s very good at developing people on his team and enjoys seeing the personal growth of others. Darrin is not only a proven leader but a great fit for our culture. If there’s anyone who needs help, he is always the first one to grab a broom. We’re very excited to have him on board.”

Ingram’s overall objective is to strengthen Broadvoice’s commitment to remarkable client and partner experience. Initially, he will focus on three initiatives:

  • Refining partner onboarding and quoting processes and documentation to assist in Broadvoice channel partners’ continued success;
  • Developing a certified installer program to provide channel partners with the opportunity to certify their technicians in implementing Broadvoice solutions; and
  • Optimizing internal processes to improve solution design, technical sales consultations, training and the overall sales cycle for channel partners.
