Business Texter Launches Two-Way Smart Texting App for Customer Service

Business Texter has launched an intelligent messaging app for business-to-consumer communications in the realms of customer support and customer service. It can also be used as an auto-attendant/receptionist that can respond to simple questions.

The app, targeted at small to  medium-sized businesses, features an intuitive artificial intelligence (AI) interface, which can be managed on any Android smartphone or IP PBX/VoIP phone, or it can integrate on any SMS-enabled hosted device. It also has a suite of marketing tools to drive two-way consumer-to-business communications, leapfrogging off of simple texting. Features like timed message scheduling, campaign and message templates, list creation and data management, built-in spam controls and an opt-in/opt-out system are part of the package.

The app also automatically texts back answers to customers’ commonly asked questions (i.e. hours, specials, alerts  and so on), using its auto responder and artificial intelligence.

The functionality also includes contact management and business logic, offering marketers Big Data analytic capabilities and reporting.

Business Texter plans to showcase the app at the upcoming CTIA trade show in Las Vegas this month.
