Ceragon Networks Ltd., a solutions provider of 5G wireless transport, has appointed Ronen Stein as the company’s chief financial officer, effective September 21. Stein will report directly to the CEO, Doron Arazi.
Stein will provide financial and strategic leadership and planning to help accelerate Ceragon’s business momentum and deliver growth. Stein is an accomplished financial executive and a business leader with more than 20 years of CFO experience having held a variety of CFO roles in private and U.S. listed public companies. He brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in diverse industries, leading transactions from both sides of the table.
Most recently, he was CFO of Siklu, an Israel-based company in the telecommunications sector. Previously he served as the CFO of 10bis, Enercon technologies, Knock N’Lock, and Pointer Telocation.
Stein is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and has a master’s degree in business administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting, both from Tel Aviv University.
