Cywest, a member of CenturyLink’s Channel Partner Program, has a new initiative in the works to provide cutting edge technology with a more streamlined support structure to enterprise business customers.
“Cywest is thrilled at the prospect of working with CenturyLink through the partner program to support our customers’ business objectives,” said Cywest CEO Cyrus Nooriala. “This relationship will enable Cywest to offer our innovative technology to a much broader audience, and result in even better service and support for Cywest’s current clients.”
Cywest will deliver adaptive networking and IT solutions including Cywest’s independent network infrastructure known as the Intelligently Scalable Virtual Network (ISVN). The ISVN surpasses current industry SLAs, the comapny says, and brings a more flexible architecture improving overall customer experiences.
“CenturyLink works with some of the most well-known and respected leaders in the industry,” said Garrett Gee, vice president, indirect sales, CenturyLink. “We believe in sustained growth through strategic collaborations like our relationship with Cywest. CenturyLink’s trusted global network now enables Cywest to provide its enterprise customers access to more solutions that will help them achieve their business goals.”
Cywest’s ISVN includes several proprietary and cutting-edge features, including a V.2 System Process that allows for the automation of sensing, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues. This has led to the shortest response times in the industry (on average, three minutes). By pairing ISVN’s Passive Security Sensor Platform with CenturyLink’s trusted global infrastructure, Cywest is able to create one of the most sophisticated networks in the world offering DOD level compliance.
