DataGlu unveiled an AI-native, single-pane-of-glass platform that glues together an MSP’s data, tools, and teams into one secure, intelligent system, replacing the patchwork of disconnected point solutions most MSPs rely on today. The company is debuting the platform first to its advisor community ahead of a broader channel rollout.
“The PSA space is ripe for something new,” said Bill Patchett, founder and CEO of P2 Software Sales and Managed Services, and now Chief Revenue Officer of DataGlu. “MSPs have been stitching together tools for years just to get a full picture of their business. It’s clear the current PSA market leaders aren’t interested in investing properly in their products, so it was time for a change. DataGlu is a genuinely different approach.”
DataGlu was built by Tetra Labs, a team of AI professionals who have cumulatively built more than 30 products across various industries, and brings more than 20 years of combined AI experience, said company executive. The Tetra Labs team has spent the last two years building DataGlu with AI in the foundation of the application, allowing it to function in ways PSAs built prior to 2024 simply don’t. They’ve also been working closely with early users at multiple MSPs to refine the platform before the launch.
“We’ve used both Autotask and ConnectWise for years and consistently had problems with both,” said Vinny Larocca, CEO of DataGlu. “We invested heavily in AI and automation solutions on top of those platforms, but that made everything worse. It became clear that the only way we were going to stay competitive in the future was to use a next-generation platform with AI at its foundation, not slapped on top of something built decades ago.”
DataGlu believes it is the first company in the channel to bring this kind of unified, AI-powered platform to market. The company is also in active discussions with two technology solutions distributors (TSDs) and expects to finalize a distribution partner by the end of the year.
