IT advisors ARG, LLC announced today that technology channel executive and entrepreneur Bana Qashu (pictured) has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing & Strategic Growth. In this role, Qashu will be leading efforts to expand strategic and referral partnerships, strengthen supplier and channel relationships, and develop new routes to market that support ARG’s continued national expansion, said the company.
Qashu brings more than a decade of experience across the technology channel, spanning sales leadership, strategic and referral partnerships, partner development, marketing and go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining ARG, she founded BanaTech Consulting and held senior leadership roles at Amplix and AVANT, where she built extensive relationships across the technology advisor, supplier and TSD ecosystem.
“Bana is exactly the type of leader we want to add as we build ARG for its next stage of growth,” said Mike Shonholz, CEO of ARG. “She understands our industry, has built meaningful relationships throughout the channel, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset to connecting strategy with execution. More importantly, she understands that marketing, partnerships and business development ultimately need to translate into growth. Bringing those functions together under Bana gives us another experienced leader focused on expanding the ARG platform.”
The appointment comes as ARG continues investing in the leadership, infrastructure and capabilities required to scale nationally, said the company. Following its strategic investment from Bear Creek Partners, ARG has been building its executive leadership team to support both organic and inorganic growth while expanding the capabilities available to its advisors, partners and clients.
“I’ve spent my career building relationships and finding ways to connect people, capabilities and opportunities across this industry,” said Qashu. “ARG has built an incredible foundation, but what excites me most is what comes next. There is a tremendous opportunity to bring marketing, business development, strategic and referral partners and the broader ARG ecosystem together around a common growth strategy.”
As part of Qashu’s transition to ARG, ARG also acquired certain assets of BanaTech Consulting. Qashu founded BanaTech in 2025 as a buyer-aligned technology advisory and channel strategy firm.
“ARG has always grown by investing in great people and giving them a platform to have greater impact,” Shonholz added. “We are excited about what Bana will do here.”
Qashu’s appointment represents another step in ARG’s strategy to build a differentiated national technology advisory platform – combining experienced leadership, deep client and partner relationships, expanded capabilities and the infrastructure required to create long-term value across the ARG ecosystem, said the company.
