Digi International Appoints VP, Global Channel Sales

Digi International, a global provider of IoT connectivity products and services, appointed Dane Surkamer as VP of global channel sales. Surkamer, who has a track record in sales leadership and a focus on managed services, is part of Digi’s renewed commitment to a channel-centric strategy.

In this, Surkamer will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth through Digi’s channel network, and will be an instrumental part of the company’s channel program — with a heavy focus on growth, streamlining processes and making it even easier for VARs and MSPs to collaborate with Digi.

Prior to joining Digi, Surkamer was the senior director of sales for managed services with Cradlepoint. In this position, he led efforts to expand the business. His expertise in growing revenue through channel relationships is expected to be instrumental in advancing Digi’s channel initiatives and strengthening relationships with new and existing channel partners.
