EdgeConneX has added Peter Neill as senior vice president of global product strategy and customer experience. He rounds out the executive management team and will be responsible for global product development, product management and creating a differentiated customer experience.
Neill brings 25 years of communications experience with wireline and wireless companies. Most recently, he served as chief customer experience officer and senior vice president of business process engineering at Level 3 Communications,where he oversaw the integration of Global Crossing, built a global business process team and managed the end-to-end customer experience across the business. Before that, he was responsible for the Content Markets Group, supporting digital media clients. Before Level 3, Neill spent two years as co-founder of early stage companies, including Tower Cloud (alternative backhaul provider) and PT Wireless (distributed antenna service provider), 11-plus years building wireless networks for McCaw Cellular, which was then Cingular and AT&T Wireless and over six years with Sprint.
