Voice and data provider GLOBALINX has promoted Ed Watson to director of agent sales. He was previously a regional sales director at the Rochester, N.Y.-based company.
Previously, Watson worked at Frontier Communications/Global Crossing, managing both wholesale and agent teams, including roles as agent channel sales leader and channel director.
In addition to Watson’s internal promotion, GLOBALINX has announced the hiring of Joe Mason and Scott Martin to its agent sales team. Mason, who brings more than 15 years of telecom industry experience to GLOBALINX, will focus on growth and new business as a regional sales director at GLOBALINX for the Western United States. In addition, GLOBALINX has brought Martin on board, bringing over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to his new role as regional sales director for the Northeast.
