GTT Communications Inc., a global cloud networking provider to multinational clients, has appointed Blaise Brady as vice president, partner development. In this newly created role, Brady will be responsible for expanding GTT’s Channel Partner Program with the principal aim of deepening GTT’s relationships with its national partners and Technology Solutions Brokers (TSBs). Brady reports to Ken Bisnoff, GTT’s senior vice president and channel chief for the Americas.
The creation of this leadership role demonstrates the indirect channel’s strategic importance to GTT as a key sales growth engine. Brady will work with channel partners to establish measurable goals and incentives that drive targeted outcomes, including sales revenue, sales behaviors, service delivery excellence and more. He will also help develop partner knowledge of GTT’s managed services solutions and the service provider’s unique points of differentiation.
Brady joins GTT after his recent role at QOS Networks as channel leader, where he helped identify new “right-fit” partners and engaged with selling partners and technology distributors to educate them and activate their productivity and success. Prior to QOS, he worked as director of partner development at Windstream Enterprise.
“GTT will benefit from Blaise’s high profile in the agent community to help evangelize GTT’s message and strengthen our relationships,” said Bisnoff. “Blaise’s extensive experience and deep knowledge of the industry makes him the perfect choice to help increase channel partner mindshare of our capabilities, differentiators and managed services expertise.”
