IR, which provides performance management software for IT infrastructure, payments and communications ecosystems, has announced a channel partner program.
As business IT infrastructures continue to grow and evolve, IR partners can address voice, video and mobile communications performance for their customers. The program also hooks in to larger ecosystems tackling industry issues like the continued rollout of Microsoft Skype for Business.
The program has three tiers: Authorized, Gold and Platinum.
“IR employs a channel-preferred business model to drive the best possible customer relationships and strong sales funnels for our partners,” said Darc Rasmussen, CEO at IR. “It is important for us to formally recognize our channel partners through an official IR partner program. This new program was created to provide our partners with the flexibility to align with customer requirements, buying preferences, routes to market and business models, enabling them to grow their business with IR.”
