Professional audio brand Jabra announced Engage AI Complete as a premium tier of its Engage AI call center software. The offering includes real-time speech-to-text transcription and GenAI to elevate agent performance and enhance customer interaction.
With Engage AI Complete, call center agents receive live coaching and automated call summaries, while supervisors gain real-time insight, sentiment analysis and analytics to drive improved conversation and customer outcomes.
The platform employs AI to transcribe conversations as they occur, helping agents to focus on the caller rather than note-taking. It also analyzes the conversations – and in particular how things are said – to help agents adjust their tone in real time. Engage AI Complete also employs AI to reduce background noise, ensuring clearer conversations that are powered by Jabra’s ClearSpeech technology.
Jabra launched Engage AI in 2022 to bring real-time tone monitoring and feedback to agents. In 2024, ClearSpeech was introduced, removing background noise from the customer’s end to improve clarity and reduce cognitive loads on agents. This release delivers tone AI, speech-to-text, GenAI and noise cancellation.
