Kaseya Names Roxi Wen Chief Financial and Operating Officer

Kaseya has appointed Roxi Wen as its chief financial and operating Officer (CFO and COO), effective June 8. Wen will oversee Kaseya’s finance and accounting, revenue operations, data and analytics and business applications teams, aligning these critical functions to achieve operational excellence, improve decision making and support the company’s profitable growth.

Wen brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience spanning public companies, private equity–backed businesses and high-growth technology firms. She most recently served as an operating partner at Insight Partners, where she led the firm’s Finance Center of Excellence and advised a broad portfolio of companies on financial strategy, operational transformation and scalable growth.

During her time at Insight, she also served as Interim CFO for Rithum and advised Kaseya on its finance and operational transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Insight, she held CFO roles at Invitae, Mozilla, Elo Touch Solutions and GE Critical Power, where she built and led global teams, scaled organizations through rapid growth, executed complex M&A transactions and guided companies through significant transformations.

“Roxi’s combination of financial discipline, operational expertise, and transformation leadership make her the ideal leader to drive Kaseya’s next phase of growth,” said Rania Succar, CEO, Kaseya. “Her proven track record aligning teams and delivering results gives us confidence that her leadership will strengthen our foundation and accelerate our momentum as we continue to deliver exceptional value to our customers and partners.”
