Kurmi announced an integration with ServiceNow that is designed to streamline how IT teams manage UC services and users. The joint effort will allow ServiceNow customers to streamline management of a diverse set of communications systems and users with precision and security to drive more value for customers.
ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem and partner program – which supports market opportunity for the Now platform – recognizes and rewards partners for expertise and experience to drive opportunities, open new markets and help customers transform their business across the enterprise.
Kurmi, as a registered Build partner, will gain access to a seamless connection between the two, enabling IT admins and helpdesk teams to complete routine UC tasks within their ServiceNow instance.
With this new application, IT teams can resolve tickets for tasks such as creating or deleting users, assigning phone numbers and resetting PINs across the UC ecosystem, including Cisco UCM, Webex and Microsoft Teams. Once a request is approved in ServiceNow, the change is automatically implemented via Kurmi’s API, eliminating the need for manual intervention and minimizing the risk of human error. This zero-touch automation accelerates ticket resolution and significantly boosts end-user satisfaction. It is available in the ServiceNow store.
“Kurmi’s integration with ServiceNow represents a significant step forward in simplifying and automating unified communications management for our mutual customers,” said Kurmi CEO, Micah Singer. “Kurmi has developed a system with advanced and domain specific tools and connectors for managing UC technologies. By leveraging the power of the Now platform, we can deliver a more efficient, user-friendly experience that empowers IT teams to delegate routine tasks so that they can focus on strategic initiatives. This partnership is a testament to our commitment to integration and automation and to provide our customers with the centralized tools they need to succeed in an increasingly complex UC landscape.”
“Partnerships succeed best when we lean into our unique skills and expertise and have a clear view into the problem we’re trying to solve,” said Erica Volini, SVP of global partnerships, ServiceNow. “Kurmi’s integration extends our reach well beyond where we can go alone and represents the legacy and goals of the Now Platform. I am thrilled to see the continued innovation we will achieve together to help organizations succeed in the era of digital business.”
