LiveOak Fiber, a regional service provider building and operating a world-class broadband network is proud to announce it has named Shane Schilling as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Shilling is responsible for launching and strengthening operations for LiveOak Fiber, bringing its internet services to key markets throughout Florida and Georgia.
Shilling brings more than 20 years of versatile telecommunications and digital infrastructure leadership to his role. Prior to this appointment, he was the CTO of LOGIX Fiber Networks helping to expand its fiber network in Texas.
As VP of Network Operations for Grande and Director of Engineering for Atlantic Broadband, Shilling led core networking, back-office systems, corporate IT, cyber security, fiber construction and service delivery.
