Masergy Communications has announced its Intelligent Service Control Mobile Application for Android and iOS devices. Designed for Masergy customers using the company’s cloud networking services, the new application allows IT professionals and others to manage and control IT infrastructure in real time from anywhere in the world.
The new mobile application brings Masergy’s Intelligent Service Control functionality to the mobile environment. Via the app, IT administrators can modify bandwidth on a global basis in real-time, respond to network modification requests, submit trouble tickets and check status, view planned maintenance and view the status of customer owned critical infrastructure.
