Masergy is rolling out cloud communications for small- and medium-sized businesses through its Broadcore subsidiary, aimed at channel partners looking to expand their product and services arsenals for mid-market companies.
The Broadcore Connect cloud communications suite bundles voice, video, messaging, conferencing and mobility solutions with various connectivity options. The offerings are targeted to companies with 50 to 500 users, and are meant to complement Masergy’s Global Cloud Communications (GCC) offering within channel partner portfolios; GCC is provided through the Masergy channel to global enterprises with 500 or more users, and allows for more customized deployments.

Customers can choose to pair Broadcore Connect with a fully integrated bundle of Masergy network solutions, or they can use a third-party broadband provider. The solution also includes lifetime warranties on all hardware, as well as lifetime training and support through Broadcore.
