NinjaOne Announces Free Warranty Tracking for Customers

NinjaOne, a leading IT platform for endpoint management, security, and visibility, recently announced it will offer NinjaOne Warranty Tracking free to all NinjaOne MSP customers.

Additionally, NinjaOne Documentation is free for any MSP customer up to three users. NinjaOne is also announcing white-glove professional services to easily migrate new customers, which helps large MSPs move technology stacks without impacting their business.

  • NinjaOne Warranty Tracking (beta) automates managing and tracking device warranty information. This ensures business is never disrupted because replacements are ready or new warranties are in place before device warranties expire. Early access customers overwhelmingly cited the ability to consolidate disparate tools/save costs (31 percent) as the top business benefit, followed by tracking/managing device lifecycles (17 percent), and the ability to generate revenue through warranty tracking (10 percent).
  • NinjaOne Documentation provides a centralized platform that consolidates IT knowledge on processes, devices, users, and security – keeping critical information at your fingertips when you need it most. This helps MSPs onboard new technicians faster, save time typically wasted searching for answers, and improve knowledge sharing overall.

Warranty Tracking and Documentation are the latest examples of how the NinjaOne Automated Endpoint Management Platform helps MSPs run a cost-effective technology stack.

“MSPs are early adopters that prioritize building scalable, competitive, and profitable businesses. Their technology vendors should enable, not stifle, their profitability, and that’s why we’re offering Warranty Tracking for free,” said Sal Sferlazza, CEO and co-founder of NinjaOne. “NinjaOne is an innovator that is obsessed with helping our customers thrive. Our success has and will always be tied to building great products that are scalable and easy to use while providing amazing customer support.”

As Sferlazza added, NinjaOne is highly committed to adding value for partners wherever possible.

“For products like warranty, documentation and other products that are in the utility belt of the MSP, our opinion is if those products are easy to build and have finite roadmaps, NinjaOne should provide them for free or as close to free as we can get,” Sferlazza added. “Things like RMM are incredibly hard to build and maintain. We want to monetize where it’s difficult and requires a lot of effort, and provide more value for partners where we can and help them drive profits.”

NinjaOne is focused on innovation, releasing more than 250 new features, enhancements, and products this year alone, guided largely by MSP feedback on the company’s public roadmap. The company provides sophisticated IT automation tools that boost MSPs’ productivity and efficiency. Hundreds of powerful, easy-to-use scripts are available on the company’s Script Hub. Additionally:

  • NinjaOne is the first RMM to offer multi-tenant Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities for iOS and Android.
  • NinjaOne offers free and unlimited onboarding, training, and support – including access to the training program NinjaOne Academy, which has certified more than 500 technicians in under three months.
  • NinjaOne overinvests (3x the industry average) in customer support, which is why the company’s customer satisfaction score (CSAT) is over 98 percent with an average first response time of less than 30 minutes.
  • NinjaOne protects MSP customer relationships and offers month-to-month subscription plans.
  • NinjaOne is founder-led, owned, operated, and managed. While the NinjaOne family includes world-class investors like ICONIQ Growth and Summit Partners, Sferlazza and Chris Matarese, President, CFO, and co-founder, control the company.

“We looked at eight different RMMs and at the end of the day, NinjaOne was the best fit for us because it’s a scalable solution. It’s built on a modern SaaS architecture, and it’s future-proof,” said Dan Shapero, President & COO, TeamLogic IT.

“I’m over the moon about how many user-suggested feature items make it into the actual NinjaOne product. It’s just so refreshing,” said Ben Gagnon, Technical Operations Specialist, Northeast IT Systems.

In June, NinjaOne announced a global channel partner program which prioritizes partner success with world-class solutions, incentives and resources to automate the hardest parts of IT. Partners benefit from best-in-class IT and security integrations, resources and incentives and comprehensive training.
