NTT America Signs WTG as Channel Partner

NTT America has signed master agency WTG as a channel partner for its domestic and international ICT services.

WTG’s network of more than 3,000 agents and VARs will be able to sell cloud, IP and data center services globally, including disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), hosting, colocation, Ethernet, private line, MPLS, security and others. NTT America will also provide WTG agents and VARs with dedicated pre- and post-sales and engineering support, and residual-based compensation.

“We’ve known WTG for a long time. As one of the leading master agents on the West Coast, they have strong connections to some of the most recognized names in technology and new powerhouses coming out of Silicon Valley,” said Kevin Goodman, director of channel strategy andd marketing at NTT America. “WTG focuses on innovative, fast-track brands that rely upon the high-performance, secure and agile global Internet networks NTT America provides to keep pace with changing customer demands and tap into high-growth markets in Europe, Asia and South America. They have an experienced and supportive management team and can connect us with the caliber of partner we’re looking for. We’re thrilled to call WTG a channel partner.”

“This is truly one of the most significant provider relationships we’ve ever had. It’s rare to find a large, global player with known, channel-friendly management,” added Vince Bradley, CEO of WTG. “This in addition to the company’s exceptional set of comprehensive network and cloud services, including an award-winning DRaaS offering and the SDN-based global enterprise cloud, were huge draws for us. After only a few months in the NTT America Global Solutions Channel Partner Program, we’ve already closed some really nice deals and we suspect that in leveraging the global reach, financial stability and competitive technology assets of one of the top three telecom companies in the world, we’ll close many more as our partnership evolves.”
