One Identity Names EMEA, NA Channel Directors

One Identity, a provider of unified identity governance, has named Marianne Van Der Pluym EMEA Channel and Alliances Director and Tracey Mead North America Channel and Alliances Director. The two will lead regional channel strategies for the company’s partner-first approach to identity security.

Van Der Pluym joins One Identity from Cryptomathic, where she was Global Head of Partnerships. Prior to that, she served as VP of Global MSSP/MSP Strategy and Sales at OpenText Cybersecurity and held international channel and alliances leadership roles at Micro Focus, NetIQ, and IBM. She is the recipient of multiple global sales awards in Identity and Access Management. Van Der Pluym has also served as a Women4Cyber mentor.

Mead joins One Identity from Contrast Security, where she was VP of Global Alliances and Channels. She previously held senior channel and alliance leadership roles at OpenText Cybersecurity, Micro Focus, NetIQ, Novell, and CA Technologies. Mead is a six-time honoree on CRN’s Women of the Channel list, including the Power 100, and a 2026 CRN Channel Chief.

Van Der Pluym and Mead overlapped at Micro Focus earlier in their careers, and bring complementary experience across global alliances, managed services, and partner-led go-to-market programs.

“Partners play an increasingly important role in helping organizations adopt and manage modern identity security solutions, and strong channel leadership is essential to supporting that success,” said Ian Sutherland, Chief Revenue Officer at One Identity. “Marianne and Tracey both have a clear point of view about where partners are heading: away from resale, toward managed services and outcome-based engagement, and into depth around specific domains like identity. That direction is where we are taking our partner program.”

“Over my time in cybersecurity, I’ve seen firsthand how critical identity has become to an organization’s overall security strategy,” said Mead. “The partner-first culture and collaborative approach One Identity takes to solving customers’ complex security challenges make it uniquely positioned for success.”

The appointments follow the recent announcement that One Identity will operate as an independent company headquartered in Cork, Ireland. The move was designed to bring focus and speed to a unified identity governance market reshaped by AI and non-human identities.
