Outreach, the first sales execution platform built for AI-powered revenue workflows, announced Abhijit Mitra will become CEO, effective immediately. Mitra previously held serviced as president of product and technology.
At the same time, outgoing CEO Emeritus, Manny Medina will step into the role of executive chairman of the board.
Mitra joined Outreach in 2023. During his brief tenure, he has delivered the comprehensive AI sales execution platform. Under his guidance, Outreach’s AI sales platform helped increase win rates by 26 percent, improve forecasting accuracy by 43 percent and shortened sales cycles by 19 percent. He brings years of experience building market-leading companies. In his previous role with ServiceNow, he created and led the customer service management business unit to make it the company’s fastest-growing business, and also created and led industry solutions. Prior to ServiceNow, he created and directed market-leading B2B enterprise applications for SAP and Oracle.
