Paessler Launches N.A. MSP Program

Paessler, which provides IT and IoT monitoring solutions, launched its first-ever dedicated MSP program for North America. This program is designed to help MSPs grow their businesses through a scalable, predictable and profitable model. 

To spearhead this initiative, Paessler appointed Joe Paquet as the sales manager, overseeing the program. Paquet – an industry veteran with 30+ years of experience in channel sales and leadership – joins Paessler after previously serving as head of channels, Americas, Lansweeper. 

In this role, Paquet oversee the identifying, onboarding and supporting of new and existing Paessler MSP customers. He will focus on helping MSPs leverage Paessler’s PRTG software observability and management capabilities, driving success and creating long-term growth strategies.
