RCG, a Tennessee-based master agent for business solutions, is expanding its subagent channel with an active recruitment effort aimed at deploying converged wireline/wireless solutions for mobile, dynamic workplaces.
“We are very excited to be in a position to take on and nurture new partner relationships, and extend to them our ‘as you like it’ approach to pre- and post-sale support for voice, data and mobility solutions,” said Melinda Curran, founder and president of RCG. “We think our partners will see real value in being able to turn to us as their one-stop-shop for wireless and wireline solutions.”
The expansion of the subagent channel at RCG has been in the works for several months now, the company said, as it worked on implementing personalized pre- and post-sale support.
It also has put in place a two-tiered compensation scheme that encompasses simple referral or lead hand offs as well as more telecom-centric, autonomous arrangements that provide in-depth training and access to all RCG pre- and post-sale support tools.
“We deploy various techniques for keeping our agents in the know about current offers, SPIFFs, new mobility devices, pricing, process changes, etc., such as Webinars, newsletters, monthly conference calls and the like,” said Curran. “And, we’re proud to say that unlike many in the business, we actually answer the phone and return phone calls, making the RCG experience much more personal than most.”
